Aether Cloud Infrastructure is looking for an exceptional Senior Site Reliability Engineer to lead the scalability, latency, and operational health of our globally distributed services. You will architect resilient multi-region infrastructure, automate deployment pipelines, and reduce toil across mission-critical platforms.
This role offers high leverage, direct access to executive leadership, and modern infrastructure running on bare-metal and hyperscale cloud providers.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, provision, and maintain fault-tolerant infrastructure across multi-cloud environments using Terraform and Kubernetes.
- Define, measure, and enforce Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Error Budgets with product and platform teams.
- Build real-time observability pipelines utilizing Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and Grafana.
- Drive incident management cycles, leading root cause analysis (RCA) and blameless post-mortems.
- Automate manual operational workflows and disaster recovery systems via Go and Python tooling.
- Partner with core engineering to architect scalable microservices capable of serving millions of concurrent requests.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of experience managing production Linux environments at enterprise scale.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or Rust for systems automation and tooling development.
- Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes orchestration, service mesh technologies, and Docker internals.
- Demonstrated experience administering distributed data stores (PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka).
- Deep knowledge of TCP/IP networking, BGP, DNS, and modern edge infrastructure (Cloudflare, Fastly).
- Track record of owning incident response protocols and authoring blameless post-mortem reports.
