Apex Cloud Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to scale and secure our global platform infrastructure. You will own platform availability, eliminate operational toil through software engineering, and partner with product teams to build resilient distributed services handling millions of requests daily.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain multi-region Kubernetes clusters on AWS with zero planned downtime.
- Build and automate self-healing infrastructure using Terraform and Go.
- Establish service level indicators (SLIs) and service level objectives (SLOs) across all core microservices.
- Design distributed observability pipelines using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
- Lead critical incident triage, root-cause analyses, and blameless post-mortem investigations.
- Tune kernel parameters, networking routes, and edge delivery layers for sub-millisecond response times.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years operating mission-critical distributed systems in enterprise production environments.
- Production-grade expertise with Kubernetes orchestration, Helm, and container security.
- Advanced development skills in Go, Python, or Rust for systems automation and tooling.
- Comprehensive hands-on knowledge of AWS cloud architecture and Terraform state management.
- Strong background in distributed tracing, telemetry collection, and Linux systems internals.
- Demonstrated experience driving chaos engineering practices and platform failure drills.
