Vanguard Cloud Labs is seeking a high-caliber Senior Software Engineer to architect, scale, and maintain mission-critical distributed systems. You will lead technical initiatives, optimize low-latency data pipelines, and partner with cross-functional product teams to deliver resilient, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain high-throughput backend services using Go and Python.
- Design, deploy, and manage distributed data storage solutions on AWS infrastructure.
- Lead architectural reviews and enforce engineering best practices across the organization.
- Optimize database performance, indexing, and query execution times for PostgreSQL.
- Troubleshoot, profile, and resolve complex production latency and availability issues.
- Mentor mid-level and junior engineers through thorough code reviews and paired programming.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of production experience building high-scale distributed backend applications.
- Demonstrated proficiency in at least one modern systems language (Go, Rust, or Python).
- Deep expertise in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and performance tuning.
- Proven track record operating under modern CI/CD, IaC (Terraform), and cloud monitoring workflows.
