We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and scale our enterprise-grade cloud platform. In this role, you will take ownership of mission-critical microservices, influence core architectural decisions, and collaborate across high-performing teams to solve distributed computing challenges.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, build, and optimize high-throughput distributed systems and backend APIs.
- Collaborate with product and UX leadership to scope, design, and deliver impactful features.
- Establish engineering standards, drive CI/CD best practices, and conduct rigorous code reviews.
- Troubleshoot latency bottlenecks and enhance database query performance across clusters.
- Mentor mid-level and junior engineers on systems design and clean code practices.
- Participate in high-severity incident responses and root-cause post-mortems.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of software engineering experience deploying distributed systems to production.
- Expertise in Go, Python, or TypeScript with strong knowledge of concurrency patterns.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong grasp of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and caching architectures (Redis).
- Demonstrated experience designing and maintaining resilient REST and gRPC interfaces.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, equivalent technical degree, or practical track record.
