In this role, you will serve as the frontline retail representative for global travelers, delivering high-touch assistance, personal shopping support, and product guidance across diverse airport terminals.
As a Shopping Concierge Ambassador, you will elevate the passenger journey by proactively identifying shopper needs, navigating airport retail promotions, and ensuring a seamless, premium retail experience. This contract position offers competitive monthly compensation, shift allowances, and direct exposure to premier international luxury and consumer brands.
Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome and engage international travelers, providing tailored shopping advice and recommendations across airport retail outlets.
- Assist transit and departing passengers with retail navigation, store locations, and duty-free shopping guidelines.
- Promote ongoing Changi Airport shopping campaigns, loyalty programs, and seasonal retailer discounts.
- Coordinate with airport tenants and retail staff to ensure accurate product information and inventory verification.
- Handle shopper inquiries and resolve customer service issues with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.
- Support retail administrative duties, including daily visitor logging and feedback collection.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in retail sales, concierge operations, hospitality, or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural airport environment.
- Comfortable working rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous for international passenger interaction.
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in any field.
