Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and deploy high-throughput, low-latency microservices using Go and gRPC.
- Design fault-tolerant distributed data storage and event streaming pipelines handling terabytes of data.
- Drive technical strategy, architectural RFCs, and engineering standards across cross-functional squads.
- Diagnose and remediate complex distributed systems bottlenecks, memory leaks, and network latency issues.
- Mentor senior engineers through comprehensive code reviews, technical workshops, and architecture critiques.
- Partner with Product and Security teams to deliver performant, compliance-ready enterprise solutions.
Kualifikasi
- 8+ years of production experience architecting and operating distributed backend systems at scale.
- Proficiency in Go, Rust, or modern C++ in production enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in distributed data systems, specifically PostgreSQL, Redis, and Apache Kafka.
- Proven track record managing containerized workloads using Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS or GCP cloud infra.
- Strong grasp of system design fundamentals: caching layers, consistency models, and horizontal scaling.
- Exceptional technical communication skills with a track record of driving cross-team consensus.
