ScaleFlow Systems is seeking an experienced Staff Infrastructure Engineer to design, scale, and secure our high-throughput distributed cloud services. You will partner directly with engineering leadership to drive foundational architecture decisions, reduce platform latency, and enforce fault-tolerant operational standards across global deployments.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, provision, and maintain multi-region Kubernetes clusters across AWS infrastructure.
- Standardize infrastructure-as-code configurations using Terraform and GitOps paradigms.
- Define service-level objectives (SLOs) and implement unified distributed tracing and metrics systems.
- Lead root-cause analysis investigations for high-severity platform incidents and engineer preventive mitigations.
- Mentor senior engineers on reliable system design patterns, disaster recovery strategies, and security baselines.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure utilization to reduce compute unit costs without compromising SLA margins.
Kualifikasi
- 8+ years of production experience managing distributed systems at scale.
- Deep technical mastery of Linux internals, TCP/IP networking, and distributed systems consensus.
- Demonstrated expertise designing and managing multi-tenant Kubernetes clusters in public cloud environments.
- Advanced programming proficiency in Go, Python, or Rust for systems automation and tooling.
- Extensive experience implementing Infrastructure as Code via Terraform or Pulumi.
- Proven track record delivering reliable zero-downtime deployment pipelines for mission-critical APIs.
- Experience driving cloud-native security controls including IAM federation, mTLS, and secrets management.
