Apex Cloud Systems is seeking a high-caliber Staff Platform Engineer to architect and scale our multi-region distributed cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will define developer platforms, optimize reliability, and establish core reliability patterns across enterprise-scale systems.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, automate, and operate enterprise-grade Kubernetes platforms across multiple AWS regions.
- Design and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code modules using Terraform to ensure deterministic deployments.
- Build internal developer platforms and CLI tools to boost engineering productivity and shorten release cycles.
- Establish service-level objectives, alerting thresholds, and end-to-end distributed tracing across microservices.
- Lead critical incident responses, conduct blameless post-mortems, and eliminate recurring failure domains.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and guide company-wide infrastructure architecture decisions.
Kualifikasi
- 8+ years of production experience managing large-scale distributed systems and cloud platforms.
- Demonstrated mastery of Kubernetes orchestration, service meshes, and cloud-native networking.
- Deep production expertise in Terraform, GitOps workflows, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in software engineering with Go or Python for developing platform automation tools.
- Proven background establishing observability standards via Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and Datadog.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
