CloudScale Systems seeks an experienced Staff Platform Engineer to lead the evolution of our high-throughput cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will design developer platforms, enhance resilience, and establish operational excellence across globally distributed systems.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and operate resilient, multi-region Kubernetes clusters at scale.
- Standardize infrastructure provisioning via Terraform, OpenTofu, and GitOps methodologies.
- Design next-generation continuous integration and deployment pipelines to accelerate engineering velocity.
- Implement enterprise-grade observability pipelines using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Establish strict infrastructure security postures, zero-trust network policies, and identity controls.
- Mentor senior engineers, drive architectural reviews, and maintain technology roadmaps.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 8 years of technical infrastructure and platform operations experience.
- Production-tested mastery of cloud architectures across AWS or GCP.
- Deep operational expertise managing large-scale Kubernetes production clusters.
- Proficiency in systems programming with Go, Python, or Rust.
- Demonstrated history designing high-availability, fault-tolerant distributed platforms.
- Expertise in declarative infrastructure patterns and Infrastructure as Code tooling.
