Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, visual merchandising standards, and security protocols.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate front-line sales associates to achieve monthly store sales quotas and KPIs.
- Manage inventory levels, supervise stock intake, conduct regular audits, and minimize stock shrinkage.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues with professional conflict resolution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports covering sales figures, staffing schedules, and stock movement.
- Ensure cash management procedures, register reconciliations, and POS transactions are executed accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven supervisory or team lead experience in consumer electronics or general retail operations.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving store-level revenue growth.
- Strong interpersonal, team management, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Retail POS systems, stock management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays according to retail shift schedules.
