Electronic City Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Demand Planner Officer to join our supply chain operations in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will be instrumental in balancing supply with consumer demand across our retail and distribution networks.
As a Supply Demand Planner Officer, you will drive inventory optimization, lead stock replenishment initiatives, and collaborate closely with procurement, sales, and merchandising teams. Your core mission is to maximize product availability for customers while minimizing holding costs and eliminating overstock risks. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and review demand forecasts using historical sales trends, seasonal patterns, and promotional inputs.
- Manage end-to-end stock replenishment schedules across retail distribution centers and stores.
- Monitor safety stock levels, lead times, and inventory turnover metrics to eliminate stockouts and surplus.
- Coordinate with procurement and vendor management teams to track purchase orders and resolve fulfillment delays.
- Analyze weekly and monthly supply chain KPI performance, including forecast accuracy, fill rate, and obsolete inventory.
- Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to align inventory plans with promotional campaigns.
- Identify process bottlenecks in inventory distribution and implement continuous improvement solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in demand planning, supply planning, or inventory control, preferably in retail or consumer electronics.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, index/match, statistical forecasting models).
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interface effectively across departments.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-turnover retail environment.
