Surya Warna Putra is seeking a strategic and results-driven Textile Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations at our Sukoharjo facility in Central Java. In this role, you will take ownership of the Dyeing and Finishing production lines, ensuring consistent output, operational efficiency, and adherence to top-tier fabric quality standards.
As our Textile Production Manager, you will lead a large manufacturing team, coordinate daily production plans, monitor chemical and utility consumption, and troubleshoot technical defects on the floor. You will implement continuous improvement initiatives to minimize waste, maximize throughput, and maintain safe shop-floor practices in alignment with environmental and safety regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee end-to-end production workflows across the Dyeing and Finishing units to hit output quotas.
- Establish standard operating procedures for color matching, chemical batching, and textile finishing processes.
- Identify and rectify production bottlenecks, fabric defects, and shade variations to minimize re-dye rates and waste.
- Coordinate with plant engineering teams to execute preventive maintenance and minimize unplanned machinery downtime.
- Enforce lean manufacturing practices, 5S standards, and workplace safety protocols across all shift teams.
- Track, analyze, and present daily operational metrics, including machine yield, scrap rates, and labor efficiency.
- Lead, train, and mentor production supervisors and floor operators to meet stringent quality and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum 10 years of direct manufacturing experience in the textile industry, specifically within Dyeing and Finishing.
- Demonstrated track record managing large production teams and operating in high-capacity industrial plants.
- Deep working knowledge of reactive, disperse, and vat dyeing methods as well as finishing machinery setups.
- Hands-on experience applying Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and root-cause analysis methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; working English proficiency preferred.
- Willingness to be based full-time on-site in Sukoharjo, Jawa Tengah.
