Puninar Anji NYK Logistics Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented and communicative Transfer Planner Bigpart (English Speaker) to manage large-component inventory flows at our Cikarang logistics hub. This critical role ensures synchronization between warehouse operations, production lines, and distribution networks.
As a Transfer Planner, you will lead inventory performance control, track goods movement, and resolve stock discrepancies across automotive and large-component supply chains. You will coordinate directly with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse throughput, enforce lean inventory methodologies, and ensure real-time visibility in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, operational planning experience in manufacturing or third-party logistics (3PL), and fluent professional English proficiency to drive cross-border reporting and operational alignment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, schedule, and monitor the transfer and staging of large automotive components (bigparts) to meet daily distribution schedules.
- Manage end-to-end inventory performance control, tracking physical goods movements against system records in the WMS.
- Analyze stock discrepancies, conduct regular cycle counts, and execute root-cause analyses on inventory variances.
- Coordinate with internal warehouse teams, transport coordinators, and external clients to prevent transit bottlenecks.
- Prepare regular inventory KPI reports, stock health analyses, and transfer status updates in English for regional management.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and lean warehouse practices to minimize handling damage and material holding costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–4 years of operational planning or inventory control experience within logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing.
- Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken, for regular reporting and client coordination.
- Proficiency with enterprise WMS platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, data modeling).
- Familiarity with automotive logistics, bulky goods handling, or 3PL operations.
- Strong problem-solving capability, attention to detail, and ability to operate effectively under tight operational deadlines.
