We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily logistics and fulfillment operations at our facility in Cikarang Pusat, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will take full ownership of end-to-end warehouse performance, driving efficiency across inbound receiving, inventory control, picking, kitting, and outbound dispatch.
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, a safety-first mindset, and hands-on experience optimizing inventory workflows in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment. You will lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintain high inventory accuracy standards, and collaborate closely with supply chain and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily inbound and outbound operations, including unloading, receiving, staging, picking, kitting, and shipping.
- Monitor and enforce warehouse safety protocols (K3/HSE), standard operating procedures, and 5S housekeeping standards.
- Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, physical stock audits, and prompt variance reconciliation.
- Coordinate with logistics, production, and procurement teams to align material availability with operational schedules.
- Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse floor staff, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space, handling equipment (MHE), and storage systems.
- Manage Warehouse Management System (WMS) transactions to ensure real-time inventory tracking and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (such as SAP or Oracle).
- Demonstrated experience in inventory management, kitting processes, and logistics workflows within manufacturing.
- In-depth understanding of industrial safety regulations, K3 standards, and 5S principles.
- Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Cikarang Pusat, Jawa Barat.
