PT Golden Victory Manufacturies is seeking a qualified, detail-oriented Accounting Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) to join our manufacturing operations in Pemalang, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will bridge communication between local operational teams and Mandarin-speaking management while maintaining accurate financial workflows.
As an essential part of our finance department, you will oversee day-to-day transaction records, perform rigorous document verification, and manage accounts payable schedules. The ideal candidate pairs sound accounting fundamentals with professional Mandarin fluency to support operational transparency, statutory compliance, and smooth multi-stakeholder reporting across our manufacturing division.
Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries, journal postings, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Verify vendor invoices, purchase orders, receiving reports, and tax documents against internal approvals.
- Monitor accounts payable aging, schedule payment disbursements, and resolve vendor statement discrepancies.
- Facilitate cross-border financial communication and reporting between local site teams and Mandarin-speaking management.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial close procedures, audits, and cost accounting analyses.
- Ensure corporate compliance with Indonesian tax laws and manufacturing accounting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business discipline.
- Professional working proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written, HSK 5 or equivalent preferred) and Indonesian.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of accounts payable, general ledger accounting, and basic Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN).
- Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems like SAP, Accurate, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and dependable work ethics.
