Mubadala Energy is seeking an experienced and driven Analyst, IT Application to join our team in Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering, maintaining, and supporting business-critical enterprise applications across regional upstream operations.
You will serve as the technical liaison between business units and IT vendors, translating functional requirements into scalable software solutions. Ideal candidates bring a strong background in enterprise system support, ERP lifecycle management, and application integrations in the oil and gas or energy sectors.

Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver, maintain, and provide operational support for core enterprise IT applications to ensure business continuity.
- Analyze business workflows and translate user requirements into technical specifications for system enhancements.
- Manage incident resolution, service requests, and problem escalation in alignment with established SLAs.
- Coordinate with third-party software vendors, developers, and infrastructure teams during deployments and patching cycles.
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and prepare end-user documentation and training.
- Ensure compliance with corporate IT governance, data privacy policies, and information security standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in enterprise application support, systems analysis, or IT operations.
- Proven experience supporting ERP systems (SAP preferred) and database management (SQL Server/Oracle).
- Demonstrated knowledge of ITIL frameworks, SDLC methodologies, and application integration patterns (APIs).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional fluency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
