PT Onda Mega Integra is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Budget Control Staff to join our finance and accounting team in North Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing corporate expenditures, evaluating accounts payable workflows, and ensuring all organizational spending strictly aligns with allocated fiscal budgets.
As a key contributor to our operational efficiency, you will conduct in-depth variance analyses, monitor departmental budgets, and collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to verify financial records and curb budget overruns. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical capabilities, operational discipline, and proven experience navigating ERP financial systems and advanced spreadsheet models.

Tanggung Jawab
- Review, verify, and validate all Account Payable (AP) transactions and invoices against authorized budgets.
- Monitor departmental expenditures and execute regular variance analyses against planned budgets.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual budget monitoring reports for management.
- Collaborate with internal departments to track purchase requisitions, orders, and payment approvals.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and highlight budget discrepancies or potential overruns early.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and audit trails within the company ERP system.
- Support year-end financial audits and internal compliance evaluations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in budget control, accounts payable, or financial planning.
- Strong working proficiency with ERP accounting software (such as SAP, Oracle, or Accurate).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial modeling.
- High attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and ability to interface effectively with department heads.
- Based in or willing to work in Jakarta Utara.
