Golden TW Realty Development Corporation is seeking an experienced and proactive Building Assistant Manager to join our property management team in Malay, Aklan. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day building operations and execute scheduled preventive maintenance programs.
- Inspect mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems regularly to guarantee peak operational readiness.
- Manage maintenance personnel, custodial teams, and third-party contractors, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate prompt resolutions for tenant or guest service requests and property maintenance inquiries.
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine building codes, fire regulations, and occupational safety standards.
- Assist in managing operational budgets, tracking maintenance expenses, and procuring necessary supplies.
- Prepare comprehensive incident reports, operational logs, and maintenance audit summaries for leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Facilities Management.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in building operations, property maintenance, or facility management.
- In-depth technical knowledge of commercial building systems including HVAC, MEP, and emergency power generators.
- Familiarity with local regulatory standards, building codes, and DOLE-OSH workplace guidelines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and vendor negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Malay, Aklan, with flexibility for emergency response situations.
