Gojek is looking for an experienced Central Planner and Process Control Manager to join the Business Operations team at Rental Armada Berkendara (RAB), our specialized car rental entity serving GoCar driver-partners across Jabodetabek.
In this role, you sit at the core of operational excellence, connecting supply strategy with operational execution. You will design, streamline, and govern standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the vehicle lifecycle—from onboarding and maintenance scheduling to inventory turnover and fleet de-fleeting. The ideal candidate blends deep analytical rigor with hands-on process engineering to minimize operational bottlenecks, improve vehicle utilization, and ensure optimal service reliability for thousands of drivers.
As our Central Planner and Process Control Manager, you will partner cross-functionally with Fleet Operations, Product, Ground Teams, and Finance to enforce process discipline, track operational health metrics, and deploy scalable tech-enabled solutions.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, implement, and govern end-to-end operational planning processes for the GoCar rental fleet across the Jabodetabek region.
- Establish centralized control mechanisms and audit routines to guarantee strict compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Analyze end-to-end workflow efficiencies, identify operational bottlenecks, and apply continuous improvement frameworks (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
- Collaborate with fleet management and workshop teams to optimize vehicle turn-around time (TAT), scheduling, and utilization rates.
- Define, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and SLAs related to fleet health, downtime, and operational unit economics.
- Drive root cause analysis on process deviations, inventory variances, and operational disruptions, delivering actionable corrective measures.
- Liaise with Product and Engineering stakeholders to automate manual tracking mechanisms into centralized operational dashboards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in central operations planning, process engineering, or logistics management, ideally within mobility, automotive, or on-demand tech platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in process architecture, standard operating procedure (SOP) development, and process control frameworks.
- Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Metabase, or Power BI).
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and driving change management across frontline teams.
- Strong problem-solving capability, data-backed decision making, and resilience in fast-paced operational environments.
- Fluent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both verbal and written.
