Hero Retail Nusantara is seeking an experienced and results-oriented E-commerce Operation Manager to oversee our digital retail ecosystem across multiple locations from our hub in Pondokgede, Jawa Barat.
In this strategic leadership role, you will take ownership of end-to-end e-commerce fulfillment, logistics, and supply chain operations. You will ensure seamless order execution, maintain stringent Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and uphold high Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The ideal candidate combines hands-on operational rigor with strategic workflow optimization to scale retail order capacity and elevate customer satisfaction.
As the bridging lead between online platforms and physical store nodes, you will collaborate with warehouse teams, third-party logistics (3PL) partners, and customer service units to eliminate operational bottlenecks and optimize delivery speed. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and direct daily e-commerce operations, order processing, and dispatch across multiple store network hubs.
- Enforce strict compliance with operational SOPs, quality assurance protocols, and delivery SLA benchmarks.
- Manage inventory allocation, stock synchronization, and store-level dispatch pipelines to minimize stock-outs and cancellations.
- Liaise and negotiate with 3PL logistics and last-mile delivery providers to enhance delivery reliability and cost efficiency.
- Analyze operational KPIs, incident reports, and order lifecycles to design continuous process improvements.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate multi-site operational supervisors and warehouse fulfillment teams.
- Resolve fulfillment escalations, operational bottlenecks, and system integration discrepancies swiftly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven managerial experience in e-commerce fulfillment, retail operations, or multi-store logistics.
- Demonstrated expertise with ERP software, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and leading e-commerce platforms.
- In-depth understanding of last-mile logistics, SLA monitoring, and retail SOP development in Indonesia.
- Strong analytical ability with proficiency in processing operational metrics using Excel or business intelligence tools.
- Proven team leadership, cross-functional communication, and vendor management capabilities.
- Based in or willing to work on-site in Pondokgede, Jawa Barat.
