Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome international travelers and deliver exceptional front-line customer assistance.
- Provide directions, transport advice, and terminal information to ensure seamless navigation.
- Assist passengers with automated check-in kiosks and digital self-service solutions.
- Address customer concerns, flight status queries, and lost property reports promptly.
- Liaise with airline partners, airport ground staff, and emergency services during critical events.
- Monitor passenger flow across terminals to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, NITEC, or Diploma in any field.
- Prior experience in hospitality, airline ground handling, or customer service preferred.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English; multilingual proficiency is advantageous.
- Willingness to work rotating shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods across airport terminals.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, solution-oriented mindset.
