OTTO Digital is seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to oversee physical site infrastructure, structural planning, and related technical documentation for our expanding corporate and technical facilities in Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta Raya.
In this role, you will bridge physical engineering execution with technical project governance. You will ensure facilities and site developments meet statutory building codes, company safety standards, and project timelines. Additionally, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate physical asset records into internal monitoring platforms, ensuring all structural assets and vendor operations are systematically tracked and verified.
The ideal candidate brings solid structural engineering knowledge, project management discipline, and strong analytical capabilities to supervise site contractors and maintain comprehensive operational records.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, oversee, and inspect structural installations and facility developments across company sites.
- Ensure internal engineering database and structural monitoring records remain comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Monitor site progress, quality assurance protocols, and compliance with local construction regulations.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to log facilities maintenance tickets and track site-level asset data.
- Liaise with external contractors, architects, and municipal authorities to secure necessary building permits.
- Perform on-site inspections, risk assessments, and structural integrity evaluations.
- Prepare periodic progress reports, material requirement estimates, and project budget updates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in civil engineering, site management, or corporate facilities infrastructure.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and construction project management tools.
- Experience maintaining engineering databases, asset trackers, and documentation systems.
- In-depth understanding of Indonesian building codes (SNI) and health/safety regulations (K3).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and vendor-supervision capabilities.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia with good working proficiency in English.
