Johnson Controls is seeking a dedicated and proactive Security Engineer based in Jakarta Raya to design, implement, and maintain robust security architectures across critical enterprise infrastructure. In this role, you will safeguard modern smart facilities, operational technologies (OT), and enterprise IT environments against evolving cyber threats.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, deploy, and administer network and infrastructure security solutions across IT and OT environments.
- Conduct regular vulnerability scans, penetration testing, and security risk assessments across connected building systems.
- Monitor security information and event management (SIEM) systems to detect, triage, and remediate security incidents.
- Develop and enforce access control policies, firewalls, network segmentation, and endpoint protection standards.
- Collaborate with global site reliability and development teams to embed DevSecOps practices.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for incident response protocols, disaster recovery, and compliance standards (ISO 27001, IEC 62443).
- Lead technical post-mortem reviews and threat intelligence evaluations to harden systemic vulnerabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in security engineering, network security, or systems hardening.
- Proficiency in security monitoring tools, firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet), IDS/IPS, and SIEM platforms (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel).
- Deep understanding of network protocols, zero-trust architectures, and cloud security frameworks (AWS or Azure).
- Experience with industrial control systems (ICS/SCADA) or building management systems security is highly advantageous.
- Recognized security certification preferred (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or GIAC).
- Strong English and Indonesian verbal and written communication skills for cross-regional collaboration.
