Home Credit is seeking a data-driven Collections Analyst to support risk operations and strategy optimization in Quezon City. In this role, you will analyze debt recovery processes, deploy pilot initiatives, and statistically assess strategic changes to enhance operational performance.
You will extract and transform large datasets, translate complex trends into actionable collection tactics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize credit losses. The ideal candidate blends analytical rigor with practical problem-solving to drive measurable improvements in portfolio recovery.
Tanggung Jawab
- Extract, transform, and analyze large credit portfolio datasets using SQL and statistical tools.
- Design, deploy, and evaluate collection strategy pilots to optimize recovery rates.
- Conduct statistical evaluations of delinquent customer behavior and operational performance.
- Monitor collections KPIs, roll rates, and recovery curves across all delinquency buckets.
- Develop executive dashboards and recurring analytical reports for operations leaders.
- Collaborate with field and contact center teams to implement data-backed workflow adjustments.
- Ensure all collection strategies comply with regulatory and internal risk governance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, credit risk, or collections strategy within financial services.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for relational database querying and data wrangling.
- Experience with statistical software or BI tools such as Python, R, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Solid understanding of consumer credit lifecycles, debt collection operations, and risk metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to convert raw analytical data into concrete business recommendations.
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and excellent reporting skills.
