Macquarie Group is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President, Technology Risk to lead First Line of Defence (Line 1) risk management across our expanding technology footprint in Indonesia. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating technology risks spanning cyber security, information security, data governance, and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence.
You will collaborate directly with engineering teams, business heads, and global risk functions to ensure robust controls are embedded directly into operational workflows and modern delivery pipelines. The ideal candidate pairs technical depth with executive presence, enabling effective challenge and advisory across complex digital platforms in an evolving regulatory landscape.
Tanggung Jawab
- Drive Line 1 technology risk governance across software delivery, infrastructure, cloud environments, and digital platforms.
- Oversee cyber security and information security control effectiveness, identifying gaps and tracking remediation programs.
- Establish operational risk frameworks tailored to emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced data pipelines.
- Advise senior engineering and business leaders on risk posture, regulatory expectations, and industry best practices.
- Lead technology risk incident reviews, conducting root cause analyses and establishing preventive controls.
- Facilitate internal and external technology audits, regulatory inspections (OJK/BI), and supervisory reviews.
- Design, track, and report on key risk indicators (KRIs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to executive committees.
Kualifikasi
- 10+ years of progressive experience in technology risk, cyber security, IT audit, or operational risk within financial services or banking.
- Demonstrated expertise across core technology risk domains, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), data architecture, and AI governance.
- Thorough knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations (OJK, Bank Indonesia) and global security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).
- Proven track record leading Line 1 or Line 2 risk oversight in high-velocity agile delivery environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional executives.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CRISC, CISM, CISSP, or CISA.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
