Insan Muda Berprestasi is seeking an ambitious and highly creative Content Creator to spearhead our digital storytelling and brand visibility in Surabaya. In this role, audience acquisition and retention are central to our growth strategy: the more effectively you attract and engage a large audience, the more successful you will be within our team.
You will oversee end-to-end content production across critical channels, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube. This involves tracking emerging industry trends, producing compelling short-form and long-form video content, and leveraging audience analytics to continually refine reach and engagement. Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit high-performing video and graphic content for social media channels.
- Analyze platform algorithms and viral trends to develop hooks that maximize organic reach and viewer retention.
- Execute a structured editorial content calendar ensuring consistent posting schedules and messaging alignment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to turn promotional goals into engaging, audience-first video concepts.
- Monitor social performance metrics (watch time, CTR, conversion rates) and iterate based on performance data.
- Engage with online communities across active profiles to foster follower loyalty and brand interaction.
Kualifikasi
- Demonstrated experience or portfolio as a Content Creator, Video Editor, or Social Media Specialist.
- Proficiency with mobile and desktop video editing suites (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
- In-depth understanding of short-form video optimization across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Strong copywriting skills focused on compelling hooks, narrative pacing, and clear calls to action.
- Basic technical competency in mobile lighting, audio capture, and staging.
- Analytical mindset capable of evaluating audience retention and engagement analytics.
- Residing in or able to commute reliably to Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
