PT Central Mega Kencana (CMK), Indonesia's leading luxury jewellery retail group (housing renowned brands such as Frank & co., MONDIAL, and The Palace Jeweler), is seeking a dedicated and client-centric Customer Service (Jewellery Representative) for our branch in Sorong, Papua Barat.
In this role, you will act as the face of our luxury brand, providing high-touch consultative service to discerning clients. You will combine relationship-building techniques with deep product knowledge to recommend diamond and fine jewellery pieces, surpass sales targets, and deliver an unforgettable shopping experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and consult boutique clients to deliver a tailored, luxury shopping experience.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through proactive consultative selling.
- Present and explain jewellery collections, including diamond specifications, precious metals, and design craftsmanship.
- Address client inquiries, manage customer complaints professionally, and handle after-sales service requests.
- Execute clienteling strategies and maintain long-term client relationships to foster repeat business.
- Conduct daily inventory checks, maintain product display aesthetics, and uphold boutique visual merchandising standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in luxury retail, fashion, high-end electronics, or hospitality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, groomed appearance.
- Demonstrated capability to meet aggressive sales targets and convert walk-in prospects.
- Problem-solving aptitude with a calm, empathetic approach to handling customer escalations.
- Willingness to work according to retail store operational hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Based in or willing to be stationed in Sorong.
