Home Credit is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician to manage technical operations and facility services at our Quezon City office. This daily onsite position ensures high standards of safety, security, and operational reliability across office infrastructure.
The role oversees routine servicing, preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and vendor coordination. You will maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems to provide a productive, secure work environment for staff and visitors.
Ideal candidates possess hands-on diagnostic abilities, strong technical grounding in commercial building maintenance, and a proactive approach to workplace occupational safety and health standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily maintenance, inspections, and monitoring of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Respond promptly to facility trouble tickets and resolve workspace hardware and utility issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance schedules on all office machinery, lighting, fixtures, and emergency generators.
- Enforce workplace health and safety compliance, including fire safety systems and physical security hardware checks.
- Coordinate with building administrators, third-party contractors, and vendors during scheduled service overhauls.
- Track maintenance inventory, spare parts, diagnostic tools, and equipment logs.
- Support minor carpentry, structural repairs, office reconfigurations, and workstation setups.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational diploma or Associate Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Technology, or equivalent technical discipline.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a facilities or building maintenance technician in a commercial environment.
- Practical competency in basic electrical wiring, HVAC servicing, plumbing, and general carpentry.
- Familiarity with local building codes, DOLE OSH standards, and emergency evacuation protocols.
- Registered Master Electrician (RME) or relevant TESDA certification is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving capacity with readiness for daily onsite assignment in Quezon City.
- Effective communication skills and capacity to handle physical demands of facility maintenance.
