AR Generasi Unggul is seeking a meticulous and motivated Finance & Accounting Intern to join our accounting department in Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. This hands-on internship provides practical exposure to daily corporate financial management, statutory tax reporting, and ledger maintenance.
In this role, you will work alongside experienced finance professionals to monitor cash flows, verify transaction vouchers, and ensure timely administrative tax compliance. You will develop key technical competencies across financial reporting standards, invoicing verification, and accounting software workflows.
This position is designed for students or recent graduates eager to bridge academic knowledge with real-world corporate accounting standards in a growing organization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in recording daily cash receipts, disbursements, and petty cash reconciliations.
- Compile, verify, and archive supporting documentation for sales, purchases, and operating expenses.
- Support the preparation and filing of monthly tax calculations and payment documentation (PPh and PPN).
- Help prepare monthly bank account reconciliations and verify general ledger entries.
- Liaise with internal departments to track outstanding vendor invoices and payment receipts.
- Contribute to preliminary month-end closing procedures and financial report generation.
Kualifikasi
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Foundational understanding of basic financial reporting and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data sorting, and pivot tables).
- Familiarity with digital accounting software or ERP platforms is advantageous.
- High attention to detail, precision with numerical data, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Strong ethical standards and discretion when managing confidential company financial data.
- Available for a full-time internship program based on-site in Sidoarjo.
