A high-growth SME within Timah Partners' expanding portfolio is seeking a strategic and hands-on Finance Manager to lead finance and accounting operations in the Central Region of Singapore.
In this role, you will serve as the primary finance operator, managing daily financial workflows, establishing robust internal controls, and delivering actionable financial intelligence directly to executive leadership. You will oversee full-spectrum financial accounting, cash flow management, annual budgeting, and compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS). The ideal candidate combines technical accounting precision with a commercial mindset to support operational scaling.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end finance, accounting operations, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
- Deliver timely, accurate management reports, financial statements, and variance analysis to board stakeholders.
- Manage cash flow planning, treasury functions, working capital optimization, and banking relationships.
- Drive the annual budgeting and rolling forecast exercises in alignment with SME operational goals.
- Design, implement, and maintain internal controls, corporate governance, and accounting policies.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, corporate secretaries, and statutory bodies for SFRS and tax compliance.
- Identify operational efficiencies and lead financial process digitization initiatives across business units.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (CA Singapore, ACCA, or CPA).
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant accounting and financial management experience, ideally within an SME or fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), corporate tax laws, and GST regulations.
- Proven track record in full-spectrum financial reporting, cash flow modeling, and budgeting.
- Hands-on experience with SME ERP accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP Business One).
- High commercial acumen, analytical capability, and ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal executive communication skills.
