RecruitPedia Pte Ltd is hiring a strategic and hands-on Finance Manager specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Foreign Exchange (FX) risk management, and Real Estate portfolio accounting. This role offers an attractive compensation package including Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) and Variable Bonus (VB).
As a key leader in the finance team, you will drive corporate transactions, safeguard organizational liquidity against currency volatility, and deliver actionable financial intelligence across multi-asset real estate investments. You will advise senior stakeholders on commercial deal structures, valuation models, and capital optimization strategies within Singapore and the broader APAC region.
The ideal candidate blends strong technical accounting expertise with robust commercial acumen, bringing proven execution capability across transaction advisory, corporate treasury, and property development finance.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence workstreams for prospective M&A and asset acquisition initiatives.
- Formulate and execute FX hedging strategies to mitigate currency volatility risks across cross-border investments.
- Oversee monthly financial reporting, rolling cash forecasts, and variance analyses for real estate portfolio holdings.
- Structure capital allocation frameworks, evaluate debt-financing proposals, and manage banking syndicate relationships.
- Ensure group-level compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), statutory taxation, and audit requirements.
- Present quarterly strategic performance reviews and investment yield summaries directly to executive management.
- Identify operational efficiencies, driving the refinement of internal governance controls and ERP reporting systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related business discipline; CPA or CA certification required.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of post-qualification finance experience with direct exposure to real estate or property development.
- Demonstrated expertise in M&A transaction execution, discounted cash flow (DCF) modeling, and target integration.
- Strong operational understanding of corporate treasury mechanisms, FX derivatives, and cash management instruments.
- Advanced fluency in SFRS/IFRS standards, corporate tax structuring, and compliance practices in Singapore.
- High proficiency in enterprise financial platforms (e.g., SAP, Yardi, or Oracle) alongside advanced Excel modeling capabilities.
- Excellent analytical capabilities, executive presence, and stakeholder negotiation skills.
