Tower Bersama Infrastructure is seeking a proactive Funnel & Market Planning Analyst to drive strategic market assessment and pipeline visibility across telecommunications infrastructure initiatives in Jakarta.
In this role, you will analyze market trends, evaluate commercial pipelines, and build forecasting models to guide expansion efforts. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Project Management, and Finance to optimize sales funnel throughput and identify high-value infrastructure investment opportunities.
The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of market sizing methodologies, and experience translating operational pipeline data into strategic executive insights within high-growth infrastructure or telecommunications environments.
Tanggung Jawab
- Track, measure, and analyze commercial pipeline velocity and conversion rates across core market segments.
- Conduct continuous market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and geographic expansion feasibility studies.
- Develop and maintain predictive models for sales forecasting, tower demand, and infrastructure utilization.
- Design automated dashboards and reporting packages to communicate pipeline health to executive leadership.
- Partner with business development to evaluate new tender opportunities, site acquisitions, and co-location potentials.
- Identify operational bottlenecks within the sales-to-deployment funnel and propose data-backed remediations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in market research, business planning, sales operations, or management consulting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in quantitative analysis using Microsoft Excel, SQL, and BI platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, digital connectivity markets, or asset-heavy industries.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic recommendations.
- High analytical rigor, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple analytical projects under tight deadlines.
