PT Rakamin Kolektif Madani is seeking an experienced and strategic Sr. Project Consultant to lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise corporate training, talent assessment, and workforce development solutions. In this pivotal role, you will operate as a trusted consultative partner to corporate clients, diagnosing human capital challenges and translating client requirements into structured, high-impact learning and talent initiatives.
As a senior lead, you will govern delivery roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional teams of subject matter experts and operations specialists, track program performance metrics, and build enduring client partnerships. This position requires strong project governance, excellent stakeholder management, and practical acumen in corporate talent development ecosystems.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle for enterprise corporate training, capability assessments, and workforce transformation programs.
- Act as the primary consultative advisor to corporate clients, evaluating workforce skill gaps and tailoring program delivery to business objectives.
- Coordinate with curriculum designers, operations personnel, and industry trainers to align deliverables with client SLA requirements.
- Monitor delivery schedules, scope boundaries, resource allocation, and budget burn rates to guarantee margin and quality control.
- Conduct executive status reviews, mid-project check-ins, and post-delivery outcome evaluations with key client stakeholders.
- Refine internal project management frameworks, reporting templates, and assessment rubrics to scale delivery capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Education, or related discipline.
- At least 4 to 6 years of experience in project management, management consulting, or corporate training solutions.
- Demonstrated history of managing multi-stakeholder B2B client projects from scoping through completion.
- Proficiency in project management frameworks, scoping documentation, and delivery tracking tools.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose organizational skill deficiencies and propose structured interventions.
- Professional fluency in verbal and written English and Bahasa Indonesia for executive stakeholder management.
