Fallon Chase is seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Head of Finance to lead financial operations for a major manufacturing plant located in Serang, Banten. Operating within a designated Bonded Zone (Kawasan Berikat), this leadership role demands comprehensive expertise in financial controllership, cost accounting, corporate tax, and statutory customs compliance.
As the Head of Finance, you will report directly to executive management and oversee the accounting, treasury, FP&A, and taxation teams. You will drive operational efficiencies, maintain tight internal controls, and support strategic business expansions. The ideal candidate will combine rigorous technical accounting knowledge with commercial acumen to steer business performance in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Direct all financial operations, internal controls, cost accounting, and treasury management for the manufacturing plant.
- Oversee tax planning, audits, and strict compliance with customs regulations governing Bonded Zone (Kawasan Berikat) operations.
- Develop detailed annual budgets, financial forecasts, variance analyses, and capital expenditure proposals.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements compliant with PSAK and IFRS standards.
- Lead cost-reduction strategies and conduct plant-level cost-benefit and production yield analyses.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, banks, customs officials, and legal counsel.
- Mentor and scale a high-performing finance, accounting, and tax department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA or CA certification preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record working within a manufacturing facility located in a Bonded Zone (Kawasan Berikat).
- In-depth understanding of Indonesian tax laws, customs procedures (Bea Cukai), and PSAK/IFRS.
- Expertise in ERP implementations and manufacturing modules (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
