Pico TBA Indonesia is seeking an experienced and dynamic IES (In-house Event Service) Supervisor & Production Executive to lead technical execution, venue operations, and vendor management across diverse corporate and brand activation events. In this role, you will bridge creative concepts and technical feasibility, overseeing end-to-end production pipelines from site inspections through load-out.
You will work closely with account directors, creative teams, and external contractors to ensure flawless operational delivery, on-time schedules, and strict adherence to safety and budget standards. The ideal candidate possesses hands-on experience in stagecraft, AV production, staging, and vendor supervision within an event agency or exhibition environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead on-site production, setup, technical rehearsals, and teardown operations for in-house and external events.
- Supervise production teams, third-party contractors, staging crews, and AV technicians to maintain delivery standards.
- Develop detailed technical run-sheets, floor plans, production schedules, and contingency protocols.
- Liaise with venues, local authorities, and safety personnel to secure permits and enforce HSE compliance.
- Manage production budgets, negotiate vendor quotes, and monitor material procurement and fabrication.
- Troubleshoot technical, staging, and logistical issues rapidly during live events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Technical Theatre, Engineering, Communications, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in event production, technical operations, or agency event staging.
- Demonstrated expertise in audio-visual systems, lighting, stage rigging, and temporary structure fabrication.
- Strong vendor negotiation and budget tracking track record.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, CAD layouts, and production specifications.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Indonesian.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays according to event schedules.
