OTTO Digital is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Legal Counsel to join our legal team in Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing legal operations with a core focus on the fast-paced financial technology ecosystem.
As Legal Counsel, you will draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of commercial contracts, partner agreements, and vendor engagements. You will advise business units on regulatory compliance with Bank Indonesia (BI) and Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), assess corporate legal risks, and manage civil litigation or dispute resolution matters efficiently.

Tanggung Jawab
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts and legal agreements in the fintech domain.
- Identify legal risks and deliver proactive, solution-oriented counsel to cross-functional business units.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to Indonesian financial regulations, specifically Bank Indonesia (BI) and Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) mandates.
- Handle corporate dispute resolutions, civil claims, and litigation procedures in coordination with external counsel.
- Maintain corporate governance documentation, legal registers, and licensing requirements.
- Advise on consumer protection, data privacy, and intellectual property compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (Sarjana Hukum) from an accredited university; Master of Law or PERADI advocate license is a plus.
- 3 to 6 years of legal experience in corporate law, fintech, financial services, or a reputable law firm.
- Proven background in contract drafting, legal analysis, and regulatory navigation in Indonesia.
- Experience in managing civil litigation processes and dispute settlements.
- Excellent command of Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
