SOECHI is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Planning Engineer to join our engineering and operations team in Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will lead the scheduling, resource allocation, and milestone monitoring for ongoing marine and technical engineering projects. You will act as the operational bridge between project managers, procurement teams, and site execution units to ensure seamless project delivery.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, update, and manage baseline project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to monitor daily project progress.
- Identify potential schedule delays, bottlenecks, and critical path risks, proposing effective mitigation strategies.
- Generate comprehensive project status reports, S-curves, and earned value analysis metrics for management review.
- Collaborate with cost control teams to align physical progress with project budget expenditure.
- Facilitate weekly progress review meetings with site supervisors and technical project leads.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 18 years of age with a Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of proven working experience in project planning, scheduling, or technical engineering roles.
- Proficiency in project management software, including Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and technical drawing interpretation.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
