Johnson Controls is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Technician to join our field operations team in Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will deliver world-class technical support, maintenance, and diagnostics for mission-critical building management, HVAC, and industrial control systems.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute routine inspections, planned preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs on building and control equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults using specialized diagnostic tools and software.
- Operate and maintain the assigned company service vehicle and specialized technical tool set according to company standards.
- Coordinate with clients on-site to explain service reports, system optimizations, and recommend required parts or upgrades.
- Maintain clear, accurate service logs, work orders, and safety compliance reports via the field service management system.
- Adhere strictly to corporate environmental, health, and safety (EHS) guidelines across all service locations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Refrigeration Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in equipment servicing, building automation, or HVAC/R systems.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills with the ability to read technical schematics and blueprints.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A) required for service vehicle operation.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic technical proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel locally within Jakarta Raya and handle occasional on-call shifts.
