Epson Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Post Sales Engineer for Direct to Fabric (DTF) printing technology to join our engineering division in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical expert delivering post-implementation support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for Epson's high-performance industrial textile printing equipment.
As an integral link between Epson and our industrial textile clients, you will oversee field equipment installations, conduct system calibrations, and address complex mechanical, firmware, and RIP software challenges. You will work closely with customer production teams to optimize printhead performance, fabric feeding mechanics, and ink delivery workflows to minimize operational downtime.
The ideal candidate possesses strong diagnostic instincts, hands-on experience in wide-format or digital textile printing systems, and exceptional customer communication skills. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver on-site installation, commissioning, and configuration of Epson Direct to Fabric (DTF) printing equipment.
- Perform root-cause diagnostics and resolve mechanical, electrical, fluidic, and software issues promptly.
- Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance routines to ensure optimal print quality, color accuracy, and uptime.
- Train client operators and production teams on printer operation, daily maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with field support leadership to maintain detailed technical service records, warranty claims, and escalation documentation.
- Support pre-sales demonstrations and product field evaluations with operational feedback and technical expertise.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
- At least 2 to 4 years of hands-on technical field service experience with digital textile printers, DTF systems, or wide-format plotters.
- Solid understanding of textile RIP software, color profile configuration, and printhead maintenance.
- Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics and using standard diagnostic tools.
- Strong problem-solving capability with a customer-centric communication approach.
- Willingness to travel to client production sites across Jakarta and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional working proficiency in English.
