Hartalega, an industry leader in premium nitrile glove manufacturing, is hiring an experienced Production Supervisor (Dipping) to manage line operations at our Sepang facility.
This role oversees daily plant execution, guiding Group Leaders to ensure dipping processes maintain optimal throughput, rigorous quality specifications, and strict material efficiency. The ideal candidate brings operational rigor, proactive troubleshooting capabilities, and a commitment to workforce safety within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Direct Group Leaders and production operators to meet target shift outputs and delivery timelines.
- Monitor glove dipping line operations, chemical bath parameters, and oven temperatures to maintain consistent process control.
- Inspect real-time product quality, identify defects, and execute immediate corrective actions to reduce scrap rates.
- Audit raw material consumption and streamline resource allocation across active dipping lines.
- Enforce environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards alongside 5S organizational guidelines on the production floor.
- Compile end-of-shift throughput reports and partner with maintenance teams to minimize unplanned equipment downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in high-volume manufacturing, preferably in rubber or glove dipping operations.
- Strong background in process control, line balancing, and automated production environments.
- Solid working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and industrial workplace safety practices.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage rotating shift crews.
- Ability to work on-site on rotating shifts in Sepang, Selangor.
