Golden TW Realty Development Corporation is seeking an experienced, proactive Safety and Security Manager to direct our occupational health, safety, and physical security programs in Malay, Aklan. In this role, you will safeguard company assets, personnel, contractors, and real estate properties during active development and operational stages.
As the primary custodian of site safety and asset protection, you will enforce robust loss-prevention frameworks, oversee contracted security forces, and uphold strict compliance with Philippine regulatory requirements including DOLE-OSHC and Bureau of Fire Protection standards. The ideal candidate pairs decisive crisis management with strong organizational governance to maintain zero-incident workplaces.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, deploy, and enforce site-wide safety standards and asset protection procedures across property development projects.
- Perform regular risk assessments, hazard identifications, and safety audits to comply with DOLE-OSHC and local municipal regulations.
- Manage third-party security agency operations, personnel deployment, post inspections, and service level agreements.
- Direct incident investigations for security breaches, workplace injuries, or property damage, formulating root-cause analyses and corrective measures.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive emergency action plans, fire safety drills, and evacuation protocols.
- Deliver mandatory occupational safety orientations and safety tool-box sessions to employees and sub-contractors.
- Maintain records of safety metrics, incident logs, security audits, and regulatory certifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management and occupational health and safety within construction or real estate operations.
- Accredited Safety Officer (SO3 or SO4) by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
- In-depth knowledge of the Fire Code of the Philippines, DOLE OSH standards, and statutory physical security standards.
- Proven background managing outsourced security guard detachments and site access control systems.
- Strong incident command, conflict resolution, and technical reporting skills.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Malay, Aklan.
