Synthetix Cloud Labs is seeking an experienced Senior AI Infrastructure Engineer to architect, optimize, and maintain our distributed model training and inference platforms. In this role, you will lead the core systems engineering efforts supporting low-latency model deployment across hybrid multi-cloud environments.
You will collaborate closely with machine learning researchers, site reliability engineers, and platform developers to maximize GPU cluster utilization, streamline data ingestion pipelines, and enforce zero-trust security postures across all production compute fabrics.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and operate large-scale Kubernetes clusters optimized for GPU-accelerated model inference and training.
- Design high-throughput, low-latency telemetry and distributed logging pipelines for production ML systems.
- Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform to manage multi-region cloud resources.
- Optimize network throughput and storage IOPS for petabyte-scale distributed training workloads.
- Collaborate with security teams to enforce automated compliance, access control, and vulnerability management.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to diagnose and resolve high-severity platform incidents.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of production experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or systems engineering.
- Demonstrated expertise with Kubernetes, container runtimes, and Linux kernel tuning.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or Rust for systems tooling and automation.
- Hands-on experience managing GPU acceleration workloads (NVIDIA CUDA runtime, Triton, vLLM).
- Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure providers (AWS or GCP) and Terraform.
- Strong background in networking protocols, distributed storage (Ceph, S3), and zero-trust architecture.
