Apex Cloud Systems is seeking a high-caliber Senior Backend Engineer to architect, build, and optimize our core distributed platform. In this role, you will lead backend architecture decisions, eliminate latency bottlenecks, and deliver high-throughput microservices handling millions of daily events. You will work alongside exceptional peers in an engineering-first culture that values simplicity, automated testing, and zero-downtime deployments.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance Go microservices and REST/gRPC APIs.
- Design, migrate, and optimize relational and distributed databases for petabyte-scale data pipelines.
- Spearhead infrastructure reliability and scalability initiatives within AWS and Kubernetes environments.
- Champion engineering excellence through rigorous code reviews, automated CI/CD pipelines, and robust testing frameworks.
- Collaborate with product and security teams to build secure, fault-tolerant platform features.
- Debug complex distributed systems failures across production environments to ensure 99.99% uptime.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience designing and maintaining distributed backend systems.
- Proficiency in Go, Rust, or modern C++ with deep understanding of concurrency primitives.
- Advanced production experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL, including query optimization and schema design.
- Demonstrated expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
- Strong command of event-driven architectures utilizing Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
