Apex Distributed Labs is seeking an exceptional Senior Backend Engineer to architect, build, and optimize low-latency, fault-tolerant infrastructure handling billions of real-time transactions. You will own mission-critical services end-to-end, partnering with world-class engineers to push the boundaries of distributed compute.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, implement, and maintain high-throughput backend services using Go and distributed data stores.
- Eliminate latency bottlenecks across database queries, network calls, and serialization layers.
- Design resilient event-driven architectures leveraging Apache Kafka and transactional outbox patterns.
- Lead infrastructure automation and container orchestration on AWS and Kubernetes.
- Enforce production stability via comprehensive observability, structured tracing, and chaos engineering practices.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish architectural patterns that raise team-wide technical execution.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience shipping high-scale distributed backend systems.
- Expert-level proficiency in Go, Rust, or modern low-level C++.
- Deep mastery of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and distributed storage (Cassandra, Redis, CockroachDB).
- Proven track record architecting event-driven pipelines utilizing Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NATS.
- Strong background with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of Linux networking, IPC, concurrency primitives, and TCP/IP stack optimizations.
