Vektor Systems is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to scale our core distributed data platform. You will design and deploy high-throughput microservices handling millions of concurrent requests while maintaining low latency and high system availability.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, develop, and maintain distributed backend services using Go.
- Optimize data storage, query execution paths, and caching layers with PostgreSQL and Redis.
- Collaborate with infrastructure engineers to streamline deployment pipelines on AWS and Kubernetes.
- Define architectural standards, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering excellence.
- Investigate production anomalies, lead root-cause analysis, and deploy permanent fixes.
- Mentor mid-level engineers and contribute to quarterly product roadmaps.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in high-throughput backend environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Go, Rust, or modern C++.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems design, concurrency, and event-driven patterns.
- Extensive experience with relational schema design, query tuning, and index optimization.
- Hands-on knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strong debugging skills utilizing tracing, profiling, and observability tooling.
