CloudScale Systems is seeking an exceptional Senior Backend Engineer to design and optimize our core distributed data platform. You will build highly reliable, low-latency services handling millions of concurrent requests while working directly with engineering leaders to set architectural direction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain high-throughput, low-latency microservices in Go and gRPC.
- Design resilient distributed data pipelines and caching architectures using Redis and Kafka.
- Optimize relational database schemas and queries in high-scale PostgreSQL deployments.
- Collaborate with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to manage production systems on Kubernetes.
- Lead architectural reviews and mentor mid-level and junior software engineers.
- Diagnose production incidents and drive root-cause remediation to eliminate systemic failures.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of software engineering experience building distributed backend systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Go, C++, or Java with an emphasis on concurrent programming.
- Proven track record managing large-scale, mission-critical PostgreSQL or distributed SQL environments.
- Hands-on experience with containerization, Kubernetes orchestration, and cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP).
- Strong foundational knowledge of networking, protocol design, and system security fundamentals.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related STEM field, or equivalent practical experience.
