Axiom Cyber Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Security Engineer to harden and scale our multi-region AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure. In this role, you will lead the implementation of zero-trust architectures, automated compliance controls, and threat modeling across modern cloud workloads.
You will collaborate directly with Platform and Core Engineering teams to embed security controls into CI/CD pipelines, mitigate real-world attack vectors, and ensure high availability for mission-critical services.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and implement multi-account cloud security baselines across AWS environments using Terraform.
- Harden Kubernetes clusters, container runtimes, and service meshes against unauthorized access.
- Develop automated security guardrails and static analysis checks within GitHub Actions CI/CD workflows.
- Conduct architecture risk assessments and threat modeling sessions for high-throughput microservices.
- Manage detection engineering, SIEM tuning, and incident response runbooks for cloud infrastructure alerts.
- Partner with product and infrastructure teams to resolve vulnerability scans and penetration test findings.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of dedicated cloud security engineering experience in high-scale production environments.
- Deep hands-on expertise with AWS security services (IAM, GuardDuty, Security Hub, KMS, CloudTrail).
- Demonstrated experience securing containerized workloads and orchestration layers (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS).
- Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and scripting (Python, Go, or Bash).
- Solid understanding of network security, identity architecture (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML), and zero-trust principles.
- Relevant industry certifications (AWS Certified Security Specialty, CKS, or CISSP) preferred.
