Nexus Scale Technologies is seeking an exceptional Senior Backend Engineer to architect and scale our core high-throughput distributed transaction platform.
In this role, you will design fault-tolerant microservices, optimize low-latency database queries, and drive critical infrastructure initiatives processing millions of requests daily. You will collaborate directly with cross-functional product teams to deliver robust, observable, and secure backend solutions.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-concurrency microservices using Go and PostgreSQL.
- Design resilient distributed data pipelines capable of scaling sub-second queries across multi-terabyte datasets.
- Optimize system latency, throughput, and availability across globally distributed AWS regions.
- Define architectural standards, conduct rigorous code reviews, and mentor mid-level engineering talent.
- Implement proactive monitoring, distributed tracing, and alerting systems using OpenTelemetry and Datadog.
- Partner with product management and security teams to execute zero-trust API architecture roadmaps.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience building high-scale distributed backend systems.
- Proficiency in Go, Rust, or modern C++ in high-load production environments.
- Demonstrated mastery of relational and distributed data stores (PostgreSQL, Redis, CockroachDB).
- Hands-on expertise with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Deep understanding of distributed consensus protocols, messaging queues (Kafka), and event-driven patterns.
- Solid foundation in software design patterns, concurrent programming, and low-latency network protocols.
