ScaleWave is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to architect, build, and scale high-throughput, low-latency microservices handling millions of daily requests.
You will lead backend engineering initiatives, resolve distributed bottlenecks, and implement resilient systems that support rapid platform growth.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain high-concurrency services using Go and PostgreSQL.
- Design resilient distributed database schemas and caching architectures.
- Profile memory and CPU utilization to optimize p99 latency.
- Own end-to-end delivery of core API features from design doc to production.
- Establish operational metrics, alerting, and distributed tracing instrumentation.
- Participate in peer code reviews and architectural RFC debates.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years building and scaling production backend services in Go, Rust, or Java.
- Proven track record managing relational and non-relational datastores at scale.
- Proficiency with container orchestration, specifically Kubernetes and Docker.
- Practical experience with message brokers such as Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems principles, networking, and concurrency.
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent practical production experience.
