ScaleGrid Systems is seeking a high-performing Senior Backend Engineer to architect, scale, and maintain our distributed cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will lead core architectural decisions, eliminate bottlenecks, and deliver high-throughput, low-latency APIs that power enterprise applications globally.
You will work directly with cross-functional product teams to transform complex system requirements into resilient, fault-tolerant production services.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, develop, and deploy scalable microservices using Go and PostgreSQL.
- Optimize high-throughput database queries, schema designs, and data caching pipelines.
- Implement secure, low-latency REST and gRPC APIs for external and internal consumers.
- Drive end-to-end observability, tracing, and monitoring across distributed systems.
- Lead technical design reviews and establish engineering standards across the team.
- Diagnose and resolve production reliability, latency, and concurrency bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of production experience building distributed systems in Go, Rust, or Java.
- Demonstrated expertise with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and advanced query optimization.
- Deep understanding of event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure, security baselines, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical engineering experience.
